Abstract

PURPOSE:To receive a matter to be conveyed which falls during conveying by a flexible film member and to improve a safety by providing a flexible film member for receiving the matter to be conveyed which falls and is expended by a moving and circulating line member so as to shield the lower part of the matter to be conveyed which is hoisted. CONSTITUTION:In case a matter to be conveyed constiting of a bucket 38 in which cargoes are accommodated is conveyed, the matter to be conveyed placed on a floor or a base is clamped by a conveyed matter clamp device 3 and hoisted by a hoist 35. Then, an expansion driver 10 is driven to an expanding direction, the front end part of a flexible film member 9 is pulled forward through a sliding and hoisting means 62 by a moving and circulating line member. The lower part of the matter to be conveyed which is hoisted is shielded by the flexible film member 9. Consequently, due during conveying by a suspension and travel conveyor, when the matter to be conveyed falls due to any reason, the falling matter to be conveyed can be received by the flexible film member 9 safely.

After the object to be transported is gripped and lifted by the object lifting support device having the object clamping device 3, simply driving the telescopic drive device 10 in the extension direction causes the moving circulation strip 1 to move.
3, the front end of the flexible membrane material 9 for receiving the fallen object is pulled forward, and the flexible membrane material 9 is extended so as to cover the lower part of the lifted object. Therefore, if the object to be transported falls for some reason during transportation by the suspended transport device, the fallen object can be caught by the flexible membrane material 9, so it is safe. Further, after the object to be transported is transported to a predetermined position by the suspended traveling transport device, when the telescopic drive device 10 is simply operated in the shortening direction, the front end of the flexible membrane material 9 is moved by the moving circulation strip 13. When pressed backwards, the flexible membrane material 9 is shortened and the lower part of the lifted object is opened, so that the object can be lowered without any hindrance. Since it is only necessary to equip the transport vehicle 2 that travels suspended with a fall prevention device, the installation cost is lower and the space used is smaller than in the conventional case where a safety foothold is installed.

Furthermore, the upper end of each vertical rod 15 in the support frame rods 14 each having a large number of upwardly opening grooves is connected to a hanging device 7 that moves along the guide rail 5, and has a flexible structure for receiving fallen objects. By erecting and fixing the membrane material 9 across each support frame rod 14 in a grooved state, it is possible to reliably prevent fallen objects from spilling to the side with a simple means.
