ルトフイルタの移動方向上流側の上方に、ベルト
フイルタ上にスラリー液を移すためのフイードノ
ズルを配設すると共に、ベルトフイルタの下面側
に、真空発生装置に接続された真空トレイを設置
し、ベルトフイルタ上のスラリー液を真空状態で
脱水させて固形分を分離するようにした固体分離
装置において、脱水後の固形分を蒸気洗浄するた
めの洗浄ノズルを、ベルトフイルタの幅方向全長
にわたり蒸気を噴出できるようベルトフイルタ上
方に設置してなることを特徴とする固体分離装置
