Claims (1)
線変位する方向に導くステータとから構成され、
前記スライダと前記ステータとの間に空間を有す
るリニアガイドにおいて、前記スライダまたはス
テータのいずれか一方の前記空間側の面に取付固
定されたセンサと、このセンサと同一側に取付固
定され当該センサの出力信号を処理する電子回路
と、前記センサに検出される複数の検出対象とを
具備し、前記検出対象を前記スライダまたはステ
ータのいずれか他方に、当該センサに対峙し、か
つ、スライダの変位方向に等間隔に設けることを
