Claims (1)
- Ｈｅ冷凍機で冷却されかつ液体Ｈｅの蒸発ガス
を凝縮・再液化させる凝縮熱交換器において、側
部に凝縮面をもつ細長い円筒状の本体部と、前記
本体部の側部全域を覆いかつ下端が液体Ｈｅの液
面に浸漬または近接するようにのびた冷却筒とを
有し、前記液体Ｈｅの蒸発ガス層が前記本体部と
前記冷却筒との間を流通するようにしたことを特
徴とする凝縮熱交換器。
