(Industrial Application Field) This invention relates to a lagging material for belt pulleys, which is attached to the surface of a flat belt pulley and used to protect the pulley itself and prevent slipping. (Prior technology) Used as a lagging material for belt pulleys.
As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 23820 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-22761, it is known that a metal plate is fixed to the back side of a rubber plate having an uneven surface, and this is fixed to a belt pulley with bolts. There is. (Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, the conventional lugging material for belt pulleys has a structure in which the entire back surface of the lagging material is fixed to the belt pulley surface to prevent it from lifting. There was a problem in that the surface of the lagging material was clogged with deposits, making it more likely to slip. This invention provides a lagging material that can be easily attached to and detached from a pulley on a machine stand and does not cause clogging. (Means for solving the problem) This invention is a lagging material for belt pulleys, which is formed into rectangular plates made of wear-resistant rubber, and a large number of these plates are arranged in the circumferential direction of the belt and fixed with bolts. A large number of protrusions 1a having a trapezoidal cross section and an uneven pattern 1b on the tip surface are protruded from the surface thereof, and a reinforcing iron plate 3 is fixed to the back surface along one long side, and a plurality of bolts are attached to the surface of the protrusion 1a. Hole 1
This is a lagging material for a belt pulley 2, characterized in that holes c and 3a are perforated, one long side of which is fixed in the width direction of the belt pulley, and the other long side is a free end. (Function) A plurality of plate-shaped lagging materials 1 of this invention are placed on the surface of the belt pulley 2 at a slight interval d in the circumferential direction, and bolts are inserted into the bolt holes 1c so that the bolt holes 1c face the advancing side. 5 is inserted and fixed, and when the belt pulley 2 is rotated, the lagging material 1 starts contacting the belt 4 from its fixed end, and rotates while being sandwiched between the belt pulley 2 and the belt 4. When the contact with the belt 4 ends, the free end separates from the surface of the pulley 2 due to elasticity. That is, the free end of the lugging material 1 rotates together with the pulley 2 while hitting the surface of the pulley 2, thereby shaking off dust and the like on the surface. In addition, since the lagging material 1 starts contacting the belt 4 from the fixed end and there is a slight distance d between adjacent lugging materials 1, the lagging material 1 and the belt 4 contact The elongation that occurs in the lagging material 1 is gradually transferred to the free end side, so that the lagging material 1 does not wrinkle. Further, since the lagging material 1 is provided with the protrusions 1a having a trapezoidal cross section, grooves are formed between the protrusions 1a, and rain water can be drained well. (Example) In Figures 1 to 3, 1 indicates rubber hardness of 50.
It is a lagging material made of wear-resistant rubber with a temperature of ~70 degrees, and is formed into a horizontally long rectangular plate shape. The width B of this lagging material 1 is set slightly narrower than the width (axial length) of the pulley 2 (see Fig. 4), and the length L is set at an interval of 10 to 30 mm (fourth
At least two pieces of lagging material 1 are attached with a gap (see d in the figure). The above lugging material 1 has a large number of truncated conical protrusions 1a densely formed on its surface, and has a textured uneven pattern 1b on the tip surface of each protrusion 1a. Then, a reinforcing iron plate 3 is vulcanized and bonded to the back side along one long side of the lagging material 1, and bolt holes 1c, 3a are inserted through the reinforcing iron plate 3 and the rubber part thereon.
is drilled. In the above structure, when the pulley 2 and belt 4 rotate in the direction of arrow P as shown in FIG. Attach the lagging materials 1 at equal intervals. Note that the length L of the lagging material 1 is set constant, for example, 300 mm, and the number of pieces attached and the interval d can be adjusted according to the diameter of the pulley 2 as shown in the table below. Furthermore, the width B may be set narrow, and two or more sheets may be arranged and fixed in the width direction as necessary. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the protrusions 1a can be any shape, and the arrangement thereof can be staggered, checkered, etc. Furthermore, if a slight distance S (for example, 4 to 8 mm) is provided between adjacent protrusions 1a, 1a, the protrusions 1a
Since contact with each other is prevented even when the two are pressurized, drainage is improved.

[Table] (Effects of the invention) Since it is formed into a rectangular plate shape and has bolt holes, it can be easily attached to the pulley on the machine base, and the pulley can be removed or a spare pulley can be prepared. Moreover, since the bolt holes mentioned above are drilled on one long side and only this one long side is fixed to the belt pulley, the number of bolts used can be reduced, making attachment and detachment even easier. It's easy. In addition, since grooves are formed between the protrusions and drainage is good, it can be used outdoors in the rain or for wet conveyors. Furthermore, since the free end hits the pulley surface during operation, clogging does not occur and belt slip is prevented. Furthermore, by attaching the pulleys at intervals, wrinkles are prevented from forming.
