Claims (1)
- 相対位置の移動する被加熱体の所定位置に対応
した位置に加熱器を設け、同所定位置での温度が
最高の設定温度になるように上記加熱器の加熱量
を制御する装置において、上記被加熱体の上記所
定位置へ向け上記加熱器に取り付けられた非接触
型の温度計測手段と、同温度計測手段による計測
結果を受け上記被加熱体の所定位置が最高の設定
温度になるように上記加熱器を制御する手段とを
具備してなることを特徴とする移動温度分布制御
装置。
