【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、マンホールの入孔側壁塊に固着する
ステツプに係り、上記ステツプを安全、確実、強
固に取り付けることと、外観を良くし、作業性も
良くすることを目的としたマンホールのステツプ

従来、この種のマンホールには、作業員の出入
に供するステツプが固着されているが、従来のス
テツプは、マンホールの成形時に一体的に埋設し
て取り付ける方法と、成形後にマンホールの壁に
貫通された穴にステツプを後から取り付ける方法

題は無いが、ステツプを取り付ける部分の型枠は
細かく、組み立てるのに非常に時間がかかり、コ
ンクリートを締め固めする際に振動を与えるので
型枠の接合部がズレ込み易くなり成形された製品
のハダ(肌)にはトロモレ、型枠の接合部のズレ

その穴にステツプを挿入しマンホールの外側よ
り、ボルト、ナツトによる締めつけ、締めつけた
部分に外側よりモルタルの充填を行なつて取り付
ける。この方法ですとステツプの直径より貫通さ
れた穴が大きいのでステツプがぐらつき易く、外
側のモルタルにヒビが生じたりして、マンホール
の外側から内側へ、内側から外側への漏水化が始
まる。そのうちに有害な酸性化がおき、ステツプ

本考案は、上述した従来構造の欠点を解消する
ためになされたものであり、マンホールの人孔側
壁塊のステツプ取付位置に、抜け止め板等を固着
したガイド鋼管を埋設しておき、このガイド鋼管
内にステツプの係合部を有する取付部を挿着して
モルタル、またはミルク性セメントにより固着
し、ステツプの係合部にガイド鋼管の抜け止め板
を係合させて安全性を確保したマンホールのステ

グ状の溝を設けた係合部4aが形成され、この取
付部を除いてポリプロピレン等の樹脂加工による

6より大きめに成形されている。また、上記抜け
止め板5はバネ鋼等により成形され、ガイド鋼管
6の側壁に形成した溝部より内側に挿入して基端
をガイド鋼管6の外側に溶着したものであり、抜
け止め板5の先端はガイド鋼管6内で八字状に狭
くなつてステツプ3の係合部4aが係合するよう

ものであり、ステツプの固着は確実、強固になさ
れる。従つて、亀裂が発生した場合もステツプが
抜ける惧れもなく、安全性が確保できる等実用上
