明図、第４図は用紙がずれて右下がりにセツトさ
れた状態を示す説明図、第５図は従来の用紙の位
置修正装置を示す平面図、第６図は第５図の側面
図、第７図は用紙が正常にセツトされた状態を示
す説明図、第８図ａは用紙がずれて右下がりにセ
ツトされた状態を示す説明図、同図ｂは右下がり
にずれてセツトされた用紙が修正された最終状態
を示す説明図、第９図ａは用紙がずれて右上がり
にセツトされた状態を示す説明図、同図ｂはペー
パーガイドがないと仮定した場合において右上が
りにずれてセツトされた用紙が修正された最終状
態を示す説明図である。
図中、１は用紙、２は用紙ステージ、３，８は
ペーパーガイド、４は搬送修正ローラ、６は搬送
ローラ、７はピンチローラ、８ａは傾斜である。
なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示

ける左右いずれか一つの傾斜を搬送修正ローラを
回転駆動して修正する用紙の位置修正装置におい
て、上記用紙ステージの一側部に用紙の基準側縁
に当接するペーパーガイドを設け、このペーパー
ガイドの当接面には、上記搬送修正ローラが修正
可能な傾斜以下の傾斜を形成し、且つこの傾斜を
上記搬送方向における左右いずれかの一に指向さ
