と千鳥状に配置された多数の個別電極３と、主走
査方向Ｘに沿つて延びるとともに前記共通電極接
続部２ｂおよび個別電極３を接続する帯状の発熱
抵抗体４とが絶縁基板１の表面に形成されたサー
マルヘツドにおいて、前記共通電極２の前記発熱
抵抗体４との接触部分および接触部分の厚さを他
の部分より厚く形成したことを特徴とする、サー
マルヘツド。 前記個別電極３の前記発熱抵抗体４との接触
部分および隣接部分の幅を前記共通電極接続部２
