【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、鉄筋コンクリート建造物に於いて、
設置機器からの漏水を簡便で低コストに排水する
ことができる耐火排水孔に関するものである。

従来より鉄筋コンクリート建造物に於いて設置
機器から漏れ出た水の排水を如何に措置するかが
問題であつた。

この措置を、本格的な躯体壁貫通若しくは埋設
のドレーン配管にするとしたならば、前記設置機
器からの漏水は非常時に出るものであつて、常時

のに本格的な措置をすることになるので、コスト
高となる欠点がある。

そこで、本考案は上述欠点に鑑みて検討の結
果、非常時の漏水の排水を簡便かつ低コストでな
し得る耐火排水孔を得たものであつて、その特徴
は、コンクリート床の隅部に鋼製打込み枠にて囲
んだ貫通孔を設け、該貫通孔の下端部には、該貫
通孔内に向けて突設した内蓋受プレートを周設
し、該内蓋受プレート上に、例えば乾式吹付石綿
の如き綿状の耐火材を糊で固めて板状に成形した
防火区画として一定の耐火性能を有する内蓋体を
載置し、前記貫通孔の上部には目皿受を介して踏
抜防止蓋兼用の排水目皿を載置することにより、
鉄筋コンクリート建造物の設置機器から漏れ出た
水を排水目皿から貫通孔の中に流れ入れ、耐火性
能を有する中蓋体が浸水して膨潤し、中蓋体が重
くなると共に形をくずして開蓋することによつて
排水孔を形成するので、常時は防火区画としての
一定の耐火性能を確保しつつ、非常時は漏水の排
水を簡便かつ低コストに行なえるところにある。

蓋体が重くなると共に形がくずれ、中蓋体の溶け
た糊と耐火材が落下して開蓋し排水孔を形成する
ので、本格的な排水設備を用いることなく、非常
時の漏水の排水を簡便かつ低コストで行なうこと
ができる。
