を示す概略図、bは作業部を示す概略図である。
第3図乃至第5図は具体的な実施例となる作業部
の形状を示す図で、それぞれaは上面図、bはa
のA―A′断面図である。第6図は他の実施例と
なる作業部の形状を示す図で、第7図は接合部の
手前で屈曲した超音波振動伝達具、第7図bは作
業部の手前で屈曲した例、第8図は着脱型の作業
部を示す図である。また、第9図は本考案による
外科手術用具の使用例を示す図である。

Claims (1)
ための外科手術用具であつて、超音波振動源に接
続され超音波周波数の機械的振動を生じる超音波
振動伝達具が、生物組織と接触する作業部、およ
び術部にイリゲーシヨン液を導くための通路を有
し、該作業部は斜切面の先端に刃形状部を有し、
刃形状部は先端より後端側に向かつて1個または
複数個の溝、切れ込み、もしくは窪みを有すると
共に、前記通路の片側は作業部斜切面の中央部に
開口していることを特徴とする外科手術用具。 (2) 請求項(1)に記載された、作業部が切れ込み
を有しフオーク状をなす外科手術用具において、
フオークの枝を構成する複数個の刃形状部が該作
業部の円周方面もしくは軸方面に湾曲しているこ
とを特徴とする外科手術用具。 (3) 超音波振動伝達具が、接合部の手前および
/または作業部の手前で屈曲しており、超音波振
動源の機械的振動方向に対して、前記作業部の軸
線が角度を持つていることを特徴とする、請求項
