図において、１２ａはスリーブ１２の開口面に
設けられた溝、１６はスリーブ１２の筒状穴に設
けられた溝に取付けられた導電性を有する弾性材
でつくられた環状の防水リングである。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
