決めを行うための当接部と、前記ヘツドプレート
を前記基台および当接部に付勢力を受けて押し付
けるための押え部材と、前記付勢力を付与する付
勢手段とを備えたことを特徴とするハードデイス
ク検査装置のヘツド取付装置。 (2) 前記押え部材を付勢手段の付勢力に抗して
押上げることにより前記基台および当接部からヘ
ツドプレートを容易に取り出すことができる押上
げ手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載
