比較的大なる逆回復時間を有し、前記スイツチン
グ・トランジスタがターンオンする直前に逆バイ
アスされ、そのときの逆回復電流をもつてスイツ
チング・トランジスタに対するベース電流の供給
を抑制し、過負荷時に限界に達しようとする前記
オフ期間を延長するダイオードを設けたことを特
徴とするＲＣＣ方式スイツチング・レギユレータ
