リーンとを一体化し、光検出器の前面に着脱でき
る係合部を具備したスクリーン支持体と、から成
る光軸調整用治具。 (2) 不透明第１スクリーンと、不透明第２スク
リーンのそれぞれの受光面側に輝尽現象を示す物
質を付加した構造の請求項１記載の光軸調整用治
具。 (3) 不透明第１スクリーン及び不透明第２スク
リーンは共に光検出器の中心軸線位置にピンホー
ルを有し、スクリーン支持体は不透明第２スクリ
ーンを外部から観測できる状態と不透明第２スク
リーンに形成したピンホールへの外界光の入射を
遮蔽する状態に転換する遮光体を具備しているこ
