えた加圧部とからなる段付きのリングを、軸方向
に分割形成して前記弾性シール部材の中間部に摺
動自在に介挿するとともに、前記外径側環状空間
に開口端を臨ませ外部の加圧装置に接続される連
通孔を前記ボンネツトに設けたことを特徴とする
