動を行えるように吊り下げた制振体と、該制振体
に構造物の揺れに対応して移動させる駆動力を与
えるため構造物の上部に設けた駆動装置と、構造
物の揺れを検知するため構造物に設けた揺れ検知
センサとを備え、且つ該揺れ検知センサの信号を
位相制御して上記制振体をセミアクテイブに制御
するための制御指令を上記駆動装置へ送る位相制
御装置を備えてなることを特徴とする構造物制振
