[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention is related to the use of waste boxes for boxes. Namely, since used boxes are beautiful and durable and are difficult to throw away, this idea was designed to be easy to assemble. The purpose is to configure it and use it as a storage box for small items. This sorting box can be connected and fixed continuously in the vertical and horizontal directions, and is characterized by being able to easily and detachably assemble small item organizing boxes with several to dozens of drawers. The Teitshu Box (hereinafter referred to as Box) of the present invention consists of an outer box A and an inner box B that is smoothly inserted into the inner box B so that it can be pulled out freely. shall be formed, filled with teacups, and sold separately. Next, its configuration will be explained based on the drawings. The drawings show an embodiment, and FIG. 1 shows a developed view of the outer box A, which has a general shape that is approximately the same as the developed shape of a conventional box and has a tissue outlet 1 on the top surface. A long hole 2 is provided parallel to the folding crest (this side is the front part), and a perforation for extraction (hereinafter simply referred to as perforation) is made in the long hole in advance, so that it can be removed when used. It is formed by Then, a perforation 4 is made in the lower folding piece 3 of the folded down part that continues to the front part, parallel to the folding crest, and this position is slightly narrower than the width from the folding crest to the elongated hole 2. When assembling, the end portion is cut away from the perforation 4. Therefore, a protrusion 6 is formed at the end of the upper folding piece 5 that continues to the front part of the bottom surface, and a reverse folding line 7 for folding the upper folding piece 5 to the opposite side is provided slightly away from the folding mountain. The width from the reverse fold line to the base of the protrusion 6 is the same as the width from the folding ridge to the elongated hole 2, and the position and size of the protrusion 6 corresponds to the position and size of the elongated hole 2. It is something that A mushroom-shaped convex body 8 is formed on the opposite side of the front part, that is, on the bottom surface of the rear part, from the oriyama toward the center, and the convex body is also formed with perforations in advance, so that it can be easily removed during assembly. It is also formed by extracting it from the bottom surface as necessary. There is a trapezoidal elongated hole 10 near the folding crest of the lower folding piece 9 that continues to the rear of the upper surface, with the folding crest side narrowed and the other side tapered and widened.
A trapezoidal long hole 11 is provided on one side in the direction perpendicular to the long hole, and these long holes are also formed with perforations in advance and are removed during assembly. There is also a mushroom-shaped protrusion 12 extending from the oriyama toward the center on the side opposite to the latter long hole 11.
, and the protrusions are formed with perforations at positions and sizes corresponding to the elongated holes 11 of the adjacent boxes during assembly, and these protrusions 8,
The width of the cap on the head of No. 12 is slightly wider than the width of the widest part of the elongated hole, and the width of the base of the cap is the same as the width of the narrowest part of the elongated hole. When the top and bottom surfaces or side surfaces of adjacent boxes are in close contact with each other, each convex body of one box is tightly fitted into the corresponding elongated hole of the other box, so that both boxes overlap. It is constructed so that the two are closely attached and fixed. Two mushroom-shaped protrusions 12 provided on the side surfaces are arranged vertically in parallel, and corresponding trapezoidal elongated holes 11 are provided on both the lower folded piece and the upper folded piece.
It is also possible to strengthen the connection between adjacent boxes. A protrusion 6' is also formed at the end of the center folded piece 13 that is continuous with the front part of the same side surface forming the protrusion body 12, and a long hole 2' corresponding to the protrusion is formed on the opposite side surface. It is set parallel to the oriyama. Also, a reverse fold line 7' is provided on the center folded piece 13 slightly apart from the folding crest, and the width of the center folded piece 13 on the side where the elongated hole 2' is provided is the width from the folded ridge to the elongated hole 2'. Also, when assembling, when folding the center folded piece, lower folded piece, upper folded piece, etc. on both sides into the box, the side edges of each side abut each other and hinder assembly. It is made by cutting out the part that will overlap in advance. Figure 2 shows a developed view of the inner box B, in which the vicinity including the tissue outlet 1 has been largely removed;
4 is formed with perforations in advance and is removed when used as an inner box.In order to maintain the strength of the box after removal, an appropriate width is left on the outer periphery of the removal part 14, and the four corners are removed. A horizontally long hole 17 with rounded corners and notches 16 at both ends is formed in advance at the end of the lower folded piece 15 on any one side of the box with perforations (see Fig. 3). Reference) There is a handle 1 on the upper folding piece 18.
9 is formed, the handle is punched out in advance and kept in a floating state by being slightly connected to the upper folded piece at two places on both ends, so that it protrudes on both sides of the ends. The protruding portion 20 is the notch 1 of the elongated hole 17.
6, and its base 21
is formed slightly wider than the notch 16 of the elongated hole 17,
The width of the central portion is configured to be slightly narrower than the width of the central portion of the elongated hole 17, and the length of the section excluding the protruding portions 20 at both ends is formed to be approximately the same length as the elongated hole 17. The handle 19 is positioned so as to reasonably overlap the rear of the elongated hole 17 when the box B is assembled (see FIG. 4).

Next, FIG. 5 shows an outer box A assembled into a box in the shape of the developed view shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 6 shows an inner box B assembled into a box shaped like the developed view shown in FIG. Next, we will explain how to assemble several boxes according to the present invention (see Figure 7). Remove the bottom folded piece 3 from the front of the outer box A from the perforation 4 and fold it into the box. , the upper folding piece 5 is folded backwards from the folding mountain, and further folded from the reverse folding line 7 to the bottom surface,
The center-folded piece 13 is folded outward and further bent toward the outer surface from the reverse fold line 7', and the center-folded piece 13 on the opposite side is folded into the box as it is. The preparation is completed by pulling it out from the side surface on a perpendicular plane, and pulling out the inside of the perforation of the trapezoidal long holes 10, 11 and the front long holes 2, 2'. When connecting such boxes vertically, first insert the rear convex body 8 into the trapezoidal elongated hole 10 of the lower box.
Insert the umbrella from diagonally above and fit the umbrella part into the gap between the elongated holes.Then, the top and bottom surfaces are brought into contact, and the upper front folded piece 5 is folded into the lower box, and the protrusion 6 is inserted into the elongated hole 2.
The process is completed by inserting the box into the box.The same procedure can be used to connect the left and right boxes. 8th
The figure shows an example of assembling an accessory organizing box with six sets of boxes. In this case, the upper folded piece 5 and the middle folded piece 13 that are not used are folded in as they are, and the raised pieces 8 and 12 are folded in. Items that are not in use can be assembled as they are without taking them out, and the assembled organization box is usually turned over and used with the bottom facing up, but the illustration shows one with the opening of the tray facing up. This shows how a box full of tissues is inserted into the top row and used. The inner box R, which is inserted into the outer box A so that it can be freely drawn out (see Fig. 9), is made by removing the extraction part 14 on the top surface from the perforation and pushing out the handle 19 part from the inside. The elongated hole 17 part is pushed out from the perforation,
Since the handle 19 is pushed outward, when it is fully pulled out, the base 21 of the handle is clamped in the notch 16 of the elongated hole 17, and the handle is then raised in a semicircular shape and fixed in advance.

Next, the strength of the accessory sorting box assembled in this way will be explained. That is, since the front part of the vertically stacked boxes is covered with the upper folded piece 5 tightly aligned with the lower folded piece 3 of the lower box, the upper and lower boxes are sufficiently firmly connected (see Fig. 10). (Reference) Sufficient strength can be maintained simply by lightly fitting the protrusion 6 of the upper folded piece 5 into the elongated hole 2, and the protrusions 8 and 12 on the rear part can be attached to the upper folded piece or the middle folded piece, respectively. Since they are extracted integrally on the same plane, they have the property of being able to sufficiently withstand tensile stress in the direction of extension of each convex body (see Figure 11), and once the umbrella part is removed from the other box. If it is fitted into the elongated hole, it will not come out easily, and the connection between them will be sufficiently maintained.Furthermore, the upper folding piece 5 and the raised body 8 will hold the lower box between them. Since the center folding piece 13 and the convex body 12 press down the adjacent box in the same way, this prevents the vertical or adjacent box from swinging in the opposite direction. If inner box B is inserted into each box, the strength will be doubled and it will withstand pressure from diagonally above, so if 1~
It is strong enough that it will not break easily even if a child as young as 2 years old sits on it.

Since the proposed box was constructed in this way, the box that was originally discarded after use can be reused as a storage box for small items, and even small children can easily assemble it without using any glue or other auxiliary materials. It has the advantages that it is possible to easily obtain an organization box with a large number of drawers, and it is also durable and durable enough to withstand use, making it highly usable and extremely convenient and useful.
