度制御手段の出力を受け、電動機模擬手段に供給
するトルク電流を制限する第1リミツタと、電動
機と電動機模擬手段との速度差を求め、これを表
す速度差信号を出力する減算手段と、この減算手
段からの速度差信号をもとに、電動機に供給して
電動機と電動機模擬手段との速度差を零とするた
めの補償電流を出力する補償手段と、この補償手
段により得られた補償電流と第1リミツタにより
制限されたトルク電流とを加算し、この加算出力
を制限して電動機に供給する第2リミツタとを有
