定される開口部を有する導波管とよりなる平面ア
ンテナにおいて、導波管に曲げ加工を施して導波
管の開口部をコンバータの入力部と同一高さに形
成し、導波管の開口部とコンバータの入力部との
間にフランジを介して固定させたことを特徴とす
