  1. 中央部に正方形の貫通穴を有する円柱体と、該
    円柱体の側方に突き出たハンドルを有し、該円柱
    体の底部には先端の鋭いピンが突き出してなる骨
    切りガイドに対して、上記正方形をした貫通孔の
    ４つの角に、４辺からのびる８つの溝を設けて成
    るパテラ骨切り装置。
