第３のヨーク１２ｂ，１２ｃ間に半導体磁気検出
素子１３を、第３及び第４のヨーク１２ｃ，１２
ｄ間にそれらを磁化し、かつ前記第１の永久磁石
１１ａと磁極配列が反対になるように第２の永久
磁石１１ｂをそれぞれ配設し、該第１乃至第４の
ヨーク１２ａ，１２ｄの端部を回転する磁性体１
５の歯１６に対向させる回転センサであつて、前
記半導体磁気検出素子１３を、前記第２及び第３
のヨーク１２ｂ，１２ｃ間で磁気抵抗が最小であ
る空間又はその近傍に配設したことを特徴とする
