自在にパツドホルダーを枢着すると共に、前記摩
擦パツドの給紙方向上流側部分を前記パツドホル
ダーに固着し、かつ、該摩擦パツドを屈折させた
状態でその遊端側を前記給紙ローラの周面に押圧
付勢させる付勢手段を前記パツドホルダーに作用
させて設けると共に、前記給紙ローラ周面に対す
る前記摩擦パツドの浮き上がり防止部材を前記パ
