外気を導入すべくエアーベントフイルタ付きの外
気導入管を接続すると共に、同タンク本体の上部
に内圧検知用配管を接続し、該内圧検知用配管の
端部に接点付負圧計を備えてなる薬液タンクの微
差圧管理装置であつて、前記内圧検知用配管に上
下方向に起伏するＵ字状管を備え、このＵ字状の
配管内に不活性液体を封入したことを特徴とする
