Claims (1)
間隔で変位検出用の目盛が設けられた基準スケー
ルと、その基準スケールに対して相対移動可能に
配設され基準スケールの目盛を読みとる検出手段
と、その検出手段と基準スケールとが相対移動し
た際その相対移動の変位量を上記検出手段からの
信号に基づき測定するカウンタと、上記基準スケ
ールの近傍に着脱可能に配設され基準スケールの
温度を検出するための温度センサと、その温度セ
ンサからの信号に基づき上記カウンタで測定され
た変位量を標準となる温度における基準スケール
の正しい値に演算補正する補正手段とを備えた測
