端部がロツクオフ方向へ移動する第２の作動軸と
からなり、 前記ハンドルの操作によりロツクを解除し、前
記ハンドルの回転操作によつて前記第１の作動軸
の端部が前記ストツパ部に突き当たつてアームレ
