【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、食品を冷凍する為の棚の改善に関

内の冷気を強制循環させる冷蔵庫では熱良導性の

品を載せることにより速く冷凍しようとするもの
である。この構造によれば、食品の出し入れ時に
は樹脂製棚3の把手部5を持てば良い為凍傷等の
危険はなく、したがつて防寒手袋の必要もなくな
りめんどうな作業からも開放される。また、食品
の重量は比較的安価な樹脂製棚3で受ける為、金
属製棚4の強度はあまり要求されず板厚減が可能
