FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing the internal configuration of the heart rate monitor according to the present invention. Sound is captured by 4 microphones, noise is eliminated by 11 filter circuits, and signals are emitted at set times by 12 clock circuits. The heartbeat sound between the time signals is measured by the counter circuit 13, converted to heart rate by the arithmetic circuit 14, passed through the reset circuit, and then displayed by the heart rate display circuit 5. In addition, it branches from between the completion reset circuit and the 5 heart rate display circuit, stores the heart rate every moment in the 15 memory circuit, and compares and selects which is the maximum in the 16 comparison circuit, and the 6 maximum heart rate display circuit is configured to display your maximum heart rate. Further, the reset circuit has a function of stopping or starting operations after the reset circuit. As a result, the heart rate and maximum heart rate are always displayed on the heart rate monitor, so anyone can check their current heart rate by taking the heart rate monitor out of their chest and looking at it, without having to take measurements again. You can know the number and maximum heart rate after reset.

FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing in more detail the 12 clock circuit which is an element of the internal structure of the heart rate monitor main body according to the present invention. The figure shows that a signal is emitted from the heart, and the heartbeat sounds between these signals are counted by a 13-power counting circuit.

Generally, the heart rate is normally read while continuing to measure it, but due to the structure of the heart rate of the present invention, it is not possible to read the heart rate while it is being measured. With the heart rate monitor of the present invention, each heart rate displayed on the heart rate meter can be read by taking it out from the chest. Therefore, some errors may occur.

In order to keep the probability of occurrence of this error and the size of the error within an acceptable range, we devised a method of calculating and displaying the heart rate by counting for 2 minutes.

When using the heart rate monitor according to the present invention, the operation is to take it out of the chest, press the reset circuit, read the heart rate, press the reset circuit, and put it back into the chest. The time it takes to take it out of the chest and press the reset circuit is approximately 5 seconds, so it is necessary to reduce the influence of this 5 seconds.

In the 1-minute counting method, the displayed heart rate changes every minute, so the influence that the 5 seconds of ejection have on the displayed heart rate is: Probability of influence = 5 seconds ÷ 60 seconds = 1/12 influence Maximum error when giving = 5 seconds / 60 seconds This results in a negative error of 8%, which may pose a practical problem.

In the 2-minute counting method, the displayed heart rate changes every 2 minutes, so the influence that the 5 seconds of ejection have on the displayed heart rate is: Probability of influence - 5 seconds ÷ 120 seconds = 1 / 24 influence Maximum error when giving = 5 seconds ÷ 120 seconds x 100 = 4 (
%) In other words, it is certain that the effect of removal appears on the heart rate only once out of 24 measurements, and the degree of influence is a negative error of 0% to 4%, which can be kept within a practically acceptable range. I can do it. On the other hand, the maximum heart rate is counted for 2 minutes, so it shows a slightly low value, but since the change in heart rate during recovery after reaching the maximum heart rate is gradual, it is within a practical range. be.

As mentioned above, the longer the counting time, the smaller the effect of the extraction time on the heart rate, but the greater the effect on the maximum heart rate, so judging from the balance of both,
A method that counts minutes is considered optimal.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the present invention allows the heart rate monitor to be worn at all times without any discomfort as if it were worn as a traditional clothing item, and since the heart rate and maximum heart rate are displayed on the heart rate monitor, no one can wear it. However, it has the effect of allowing you to easily know the amount of change in heart rate caused by changes in emotion and physical exercise. Furthermore, since the heart rate monitor is always carried in one's bosom, it has the effect of further increasing attachment to one's own mind and body.
