Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 比例ソレノイドが発生する電磁力によりスプー
ル弁を駆動して２次圧力を制御する電磁比例減圧
弁において、 前記スプール弁の前記比例ソレノイドと反対端
にピストン室を設け、該ピストン室にピストンを
摺動可能に遊嵌してその突端側を弁本体固定部に
当接させると共に、前記ピストン室に２次圧力を
導入し得るようにしたことを特徴とする電磁比例
減圧弁。
