Abstract

PURPOSE:To rapidly perform the analysis of a trouble by recording the information of a manufacturing history optically on a track area except the recording area of a recording film in advance at the time of delivering an optical disk. CONSTITUTION:The recording film of the disk 3 is provided with plural different kinds of tracks consisting of a user track area 10, a history information track area 11, an alternate track area 12, and a guard track area 13. The history information track area 11 is an area on which a various kinds of data of a manufacturing condition and an inspection result are recorded. Here, the information of the manufacturing history recorded on the optical disk in advance is reproduced even when the trouble is generated in the optical disk in marketing. Thereby, it is possible to analyze the cause of the trouble rapidly.

の検査が行なわれ、こ検査結果もデータとして必要にな
