側に略円柱がが一体に形成された回転体支持部材

に円筒状弾性部材が固着され、かつその内周面が
前記支持部材の外周面と離間、対向して配置され
ており、前記略円柱はその外周面が前記支持部材
の軸受の内周面に回動自在に遊嵌されていること
