部保護筒の端部を固着し、蛇腹管の内側に、端面
が前方排気管の端面から軸方向に所定の距離離れ
た位置になるように内部保護筒を配し、この内部
保護筒の端部を、蛇腹管の端部の内側面に、前方
排気管の内径と略同一の内径のカラーを介して固
