導体、11は同軸管、12は地導体裏打ち表皮、
13は下部外導体である。なお図中、同一符号は
同一または相当部分を示す。

ない表皮上に被着形成した金属箔を地導体とし、

くは全面に被着形成した金属箔を同軸管の下部外
