Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable rapid operation by improving operativity by a method wherein while a film is wound out from a roll along an outer face of a circular roll group, the film is taken out from the inner edge of the wound film layer and wound around a product by a winding roller. CONSTITUTION:A tension applying device 6 consisting of two rotary bodies 6a, 6b under receiving rolls 12, 12 is provided in order to stretch a film in advance appropriately in accordance with use of a stretch film having good stretchability and obtain adhesion with a product. A film 5 wound around a roll 4 is supplied onto a guide roll 13 from one of the receiving rolls 12 via both rotary bodies 6a, 6b, and wound along the outer face of each supporting roll 2 of a circular body 1 via a dancer roll 14. After the above process, the film 5 is wound around a product (a) on an operation table (b) via a winding roll 3. The film 5 drawn from the roll 4 by swinging of the circular body 1 is stored on the outer face of the supporting roll 2 of the circular body 1 while forming a tensed wound layer 5'.

(Prior art) Film wrapping in type 20 film packaging is accomplished by, for example, as shown in FIG. Generally, the film d is wound around the article a while the film d is pulled out from the winding roll by the rotation of the toric body C, with the film d being pivotally supported.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The conventional means described above is because the balance of the torus C is greatly disrupted due to the unbalanced weight of the winding roll e due to fluctuations in the position of the winding roll e and the amount of film wound during its rotation. The rotational speed is limited, making it difficult to improve efficiency by increasing the speed. Also, when the rotational speed is increased, the film tends to break due to the impact caused by fluctuations in balance.Especially in the early stages of work, the film roll has a considerable weight. Because of this, the harmful effects increase. Furthermore, when the film on the roll runs out, it is necessary to interrupt the packaging operation and change the roll, and this interruption inevitably reduces work efficiency.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional disadvantages, improves the rotational balance of the film winding torus, makes it compatible with high-speed operation and sudden stops, and makes replenishment of film easy. We provide a film winding device with improved operating efficiency.
A rotating torus is provided surrounding the article on the workbench and has a plurality of support rolls and winding rolls rotatably supported on its circumference, and is installed outside of the rotating torus. The elastic film of the rolled film roll is wound along the outer surface of each support roll of the torus, and the film is wound around the article from the inner surface of the wound layer via the winding roll.

At the initial stage of the above winding operation, the film (5) is wound around the article a by the winding roll (3) which rotates around the article a as the toric body (1) rotates. )
is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the torus (1) in a tensioned state by the rotation of the support roll (2), but the amount of winding of the film (5) wound on the outer circumferential surface is Since the amount of film (5) on the winding roll (4) side is larger than the amount to be wrapped around article a by roll (3), all of the film (5) on the winding roll (4) side is wrapped around the support roll (2) group of torus (1) during the winding operation. The winding roll (4) is emptied on the outside and the film (5) is stored forming a winding layer (5') around the outer periphery of the torus (1).

The film wrapping operation for the article a that is sequentially replaced on the workbench is repeated by the rotation of step 3), but as the wrapped film (5) is wrapped around the article a and taken off, it is wrapped around each support roll. (2) The film layer (5') wound on the outer surface by free rotation is moved in the same direction with the rotation of the torus (1), and the film (5') is removed from the inner surface of the layer (5'). The film (5) is easily wrapped around the article a through the tensioned winding roll (3) while being unwound.

Furthermore, in the case of the prior art shown in FIG. 4 and the case of the present invention in the winding operation of the film (5) around the article a, if the article a is plate-shaped as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, while the winding roll (3) rotates from A2 to A3 and from A3 to A4, the tension of the film (5) does not fluctuate relatively much, but from A2 to A3.
Also, while rotating from A4 to A, the tension of the film (5) increases, and for this reason, the film cannot be fed out from the winding roll (3), and the film is likely to be cut, especially during high-speed operation. However, in the case of the prior art, there was a problem in the means for dealing with this problem, but in the present invention, this problem was solved by the following means.

That is, in sections A2 to A3 and sections A4 to A7 in Fig. 3, abutting pieces aeqε that are in contact with the winding roll (3) are fixed along the rotation locus of the winding roll (3), and the winding is performed in the above sections. By causing the dipping roll (3) to rotate due to contact friction with the abutment piece (1&), the film (5) was sent out in a polar manner, thereby preventing the film from being cut due to an increase in tension.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the film from the winding roll is wound along the outer surface of a group of rolls of a toric body in which a plurality of support rolls and winding rolls are rotatably arranged on the circumference. While taking the film, the film is taken out from the inner end of the wound film layer and is wound around the article using a winding roll, so the load is not biased when the toric body rotates, so there is no loss of balance. Smooth rotation enables high-speed operation and improves work efficiency. Also, during film winding work, the film on the winding roll is quickly wound onto the torus side and the winding roll becomes empty. The film can be replaced with the next film roll, and during this time the film continues to be wrapped around the article, so there is no reduction in operating efficiency. According to the winding process, the film layer wound around the torus moves freely in the rotating direction due to the free rotation of the support roll, so that the film is unwound from the inner surface of the layer. It has the effect of being easily wrapped around an article.
