9をそれぞれ設け、尖鋭突起10,11を形成し
てある板バネ12の第1端部13と第2端部14
を前記第1バネ受部8と第2バネ受部9にそれぞ
れ挿入し、該板バネ12によつてハンドル2の収
納保持と突出回転付勢を行なうようにしたもので
ある。
