Claims (1)
- 赤外線素子を内蔵したデユワと冷凍機と鏡筒部
からなる赤外撮像装置において、赤外撮像装置を
密閉構造とし内部に乾燥ガスを封入し、前記鏡筒
部にパイプを螺旋状に巻き、前記パイプに冷媒を
流すことで、前記鏡筒部を冷却することを特徴と
する赤外撮像装置。
