対応する角度で回転可能となるべく回転ドラム１
に線材５の巻き戻し方向への回転力を付与するト
ルクモータ７と、前記回転ドラム１の回転角度に
基づいて計測対象物の変移量を検出するための検
出手段９とからなることを特徴とする移動量検出
