て前記回転ドラム1が計測対象物14の移動量に
対応する角度で回転可能となるべく回転ドラム1
に線材5の巻き戻し方向への回転力を付与するト
ルクモータ7と、前記回転ドラム1の回転角度に
基づいて計測対象物の変移量を検出するための検
出手段9とからなることを特徴とする移動量検出
