Claims (1)
- マイクロコンピユータにて制御回路を形成し、
テストモード設定端子を“Ｈ”に設定することに
よりテストモード動作を行い、“Ｌ”に設定する
ことにより通常動作を行うようにしたマイコン機
器において、テストモード動作中にテストモード
設定端子が一定時間以上“Ｈ”のときにテストモ
ード動作を停止して通常動作を行わせるように上
記制御回路を形成したことを特徴とするマイコン
機器。
