Claims (1)
雌型コネクタ又は雄型ピンを有する雄型コネクタ
と、樹脂フイルムに金属箔で導電体パターンを形
成したフラツトケーブルとを具備し、雌型コネク
タ又は雄型コネクタの筐体外部に突出する雌型ピ
ン又は雄型ピンの端部をフラツトケーブルの端部
の導電体パターン上に導電性接着材で接合し、そ
の上から該フラツトケーブルと同質の樹脂フイル
ムの補強板を載置し、該雌型ピン又は雄型ピンの
端部の位置する部分を除く前記フラツトケーブル
と前記補強板を局部的に溶着して、前記雌型コネ
クタ又は雄型コネクタを前記フラツトケーブル端
部に接続したことを特徴とするコネクタ付フラツ
トケーブル。 (2) 前記フラツトケーブルにポリエステルフイ
ルムを用いると共に、該ポリエステルフイルムに
形成する導電体パターンを形成する金属箔にアル
ミニウム箔を用い、前記導電体パターン端部と前
記雌型コネクタ又は雄型コネクタの筐体外部に突
出する雌型ピン又は雄ピンの端部とを接合する導
電性接着材はポリエステル樹脂にニツケル粉を混
練してなる導電性ペーストを用いることを特徴と
する請求項(1)記載のコネクタ付フラツトケーブ
ル。 (3) コネクタ筐体内に複数の雌型ピンを有する
雌型コネクタ又は雄型ピンを有する雄型コネクタ
と、樹脂フイルムに導電性ペーストを印刷して導
電体パターンを形成したフラツトケーブルとを具
備し、雌型コネクタ又は雄型コネクタの筐体外部
に突出する雌型ピン又は雄型ピンの端部をフラツ
トケーブルの端部の導電体パターン上に重ね合わ
せ、その上から該フラツトケーブルと同質の樹脂
フイルムの補強板を載置し、該雌型ピン又は雄型
ピンの端部の位置する部分を除く前記フラツトケ
