Claims (1)

触しており、又その他方の端面は球面状であつて
、バネ電極の凸面側の中央部と点接触しており、
形状記憶合金圧縮コイルバネの伸縮に応じて、バ
ネ電極と中心電極との間の接触、開離が起こる様
