４図及び第５図は第３図のＡ―Ａ線断面図におけ
る油圧力分布図、第６図は従来の斜板式アキシア

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ケーシング５内にて駆動軸１により回転され
    るシリンダブロツク２と、ケーシング５に固着さ
    れ且つシリンダブロツク２に嵌挿された複数のプ
    ランジヤ４の往復運動を規制する斜板６と、ケー
    シング５に固着され且つシリンダブロツク２の端
    面と摺動自在に接触してシリンダブロツク２との
    間で作動液を吸入吐出するようにした弁板７を含
    む斜板式アキシアルピストンポンプ及びモータに
    おいて、前記弁板７のシリンダブロツク２が接す
    る面上に吐出しポート１２に沿う凹部１３を形成
    し、この凹部１３にドレン通路１４とこのドレン
    通路１４を開閉する開閉機構２５を設けたことを
    特徴とする斜板式アキシアルピストンポンプ及び
    モータ。 ２ 開閉機構２５が凹部１３からドレン通路１４
    への流体流れを許容するチエツク弁１６と、チエ
    ツク弁１６のばね室２０を圧力源とタンクに交互
    に接続する操作弁２１，３２からなる請求項１記
    載の斜板式アキシアルピストンポンプ及びモータ
    。
