[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a molding device for so-called kneaded foods, which kneads a main material such as fish roe or fish meat with a viscous binder and molds it into a predetermined shape using a mold.

By the way, in this type of kneaded food, the raw materials tend to stick strongly to the molding surface of the mold due to the viscosity of the binder, which makes it difficult to release the product after molding. However, since the release agent adheres to the product, there is a problem in that it adversely affects the quality of the product. Therefore, the object of this invention is to enable release from the mold by simple mechanical means, thereby eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages of the conventional method.

以下図面について実施例の詳細を述べる。 The details of the embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Further, the recess 2 is provided with an air vent hole 3'. In the moving area of the recess 2, the raw material pouring nozzle 5 connected to the air stirrer 4 faces downward and as close as possible. A film 6 for releasing the molded food product, which moves in the same direction as the molding material and is depressed into the molding recess 2 by the pressure of the raw material poured from the nozzle 5, is interposed therebetween. As the film 6, in this example, a synthetic paper commonly called "Shorex", which is made of vinyl chloride polyethylene and has high tensile strength and flexibility, and has a thickness of about 1.5 microns, is used.

The film 6 can be moved by winding the film by rotating a winding shaft 7 as shown in FIG. 1, or by moving the film 6 through several drive wheels 8 as shown in FIG. In the example shown in FIG. 4, there is a film cleaning device 9 that allows the film to pass through an intermediate portion on the return side of the film.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, when the raw material in the air stirrer 4 is poured out from the nozzle 5 under pressure, the film 6 interposed between the nozzle 5 and the molding recess 2 is moved by the pressure of the raw material. When the product in this state moves to the mold release position, the film separates from the molding recess 2, and the product is automatically released from the mold while remaining on the film. I know it will happen.

The released product is placed on a conveyor 10 connected to one end of the film 6 and sent to a boiling device (not shown). Furthermore, in the process in which the mold moves and the molding recess of the next mold comes to the nozzle position, it goes without saying that the raw material on the preceding side is slit by the lower edge of the nozzle.

As described above, according to the present invention, a film is interposed between the nozzle and the molding recess, and the film is laid down in the molding recess by the pressure of the injected raw material from the nozzle, so that the film after molding is placed in the molding recess. The product can be naturally released from the mold by separating from the molding surface, eliminating the conventional inconvenience of applying powder or edible oil to the molding surface, and continuously obtaining high-quality molded dough. This makes it possible to have a great practical effect.
