図中、１１はカテーテル装置、１１ａはカテー
テル本体、１２はコイル状ガイドワイヤ、１２ａ
は先端柔軟部、１３はチユーブ、ｌはコイル間隙
である。

ル間隙が広げられ、さらに先端に滑りやすい形状
をなす頭部が設けられていることを特徴とするカ
