Claims (1)
環形トランスデユーサを持つ機械走査形セクタプ
ローブと、送信用タイミングパルスを発生するパ
ルス発生器と、前記送信用タイミングパルスを遅
延させた送信信号を前記超音波振動子にそれぞれ
供給して超音波ビームの焦点を可変とするための
送信用遅延回路と、前記超音波ビームの反射波に
よる受信信号をそれぞれ遅延させる受信用遅延回
路と、この受信用遅延回路の出力信号から被検体
の断層像を得る画像生成手段とを備えた超音波診
断装置において、 前記断層像を得るための断層像撮像モードと超
音波ドプラ診断を行なうための連続波ドプラ診断
モードとを切り替え可能とし、前記連続波ドプラ
診断モードにおいて連続波信号を出力する連続波
発生器と、前記連続波信号が前記送信用遅延回路
を介し送信信号としてそれぞれ供給される複数の
超音波振動子を除いた他の超音波振動子による受
信信号を処理するドプラ信号処理回路とを備え、
このドプラ信号処理回路の出力信号に基づいて連
続波ドプラ診断を行なうことを特徴とする超音波
