けられ一端側が前記開口部に向つて延在し他端側
が前記外側ヨークによつて支持されているセンタ
ーヨークと、前記センターヨークを囲包するよう
に且つ前記センターヨークに沿つて往復動自在に
設けられているコイルとを具備するリニアモータ
において、前記永久磁石の前記開口部を介して外
部に露出している端面に、該端面全域を覆うに足
る幅を持つた略輪状の蓋部材を取り付けたことを
