センタ13aは予約端末機11a・・・llnのほか、
−般の電話15iを通じて端末外の顧客からの予約申込
も受は付けることができる。この場合には、顧客は予約
受付された予約番号を証として所定期間中に予約端末機
11a・・・llnに入金しチケットの発券、交付を受
けることができる。この際予約端末機は発券業務を実施
するのみである。また予約センタでは前記予約の内容を
ホストコンピュータに連絡する。第4図は、(a)は業
務開始時及び都度連絡業務終了時、(b)は予約業務時
、(c)は発券業務時のそれぞれの業務処理の流れを示
す図である。第1図に示す予約端末機11は、予約受付
及びチケットの発券並びにキャッシング業務の実施が可
能な構成を備えるものであるが、CRTデイスプレィ6
上でのガイダンス表示の流れの一例を第5図に示す。す
なわち顧客が、図示の初期画面上「キャッシング」、「
予約発券」、「発券」のなかから「予約発券」を選択し
た時の処理の流れを示している。

集中によって特定地域の電話回線のパンクすることは回
避されることとなり、予約受付業務の効率化に極めて有
効な手段である。

て前記自動発信順序を一定回数毎に更新変更する手段と
を有することを特徴とする予約発券装置。 2、前記通信接続可能率が所定基準値に満たないときは
、前記予約受付業務を処理不可能と判定表示することを
