電池電圧の変化を逐次検出する電圧検出回路と、
該電圧検出回路の検出値に基き前記電流を制御す
る演算回路とより成り、前記充電用電源に電池と
抵抗分圧回路とを並列接続し、該抵抗分圧回路の
分圧点を前記電圧検出回路に接続したものにおい
て、前記抵抗分圧回路と前記電池間に電池の放電
を抑制するためのダイオードを介挿することを特
