- 外周に外部陰極端子およびヒユーズ設置用の凹
部が形成された固体コンデンサ素子と、前記凹部
の主要部を含む陰極層の一部に形成された絶縁層
と、前記外部陰極端子設置用凹部に絶縁層を介し
て設置された外部陰極端子と、前記ヒユーズ設置
用凹部に絶縁層を介して設置され一端が前記外部
陰極端子と他端が前記陰極層に接続されたヒユー
ズとを含むことを特徴とするヒユーズ付き固体電
解コンデンサ。
