Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 密閉式の調理室と、この調理室内に収容され
た食品を加熱して調理するための熱源とを備えた
加熱調理器において、上記調理室内に、食品から
発生する油分の酸化分解反応を促進するための触
媒を着脱自在に保持する触媒保持手段が設けられ
ていることを特徴とする加熱調理器。 ２ 前記触媒保持手段が、調理室内に昇降可能に
配置されている請求項１記載の加熱調理器。
