- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) セラミツクス製バルブステムの一端を金属
製コツタにて抱持してなるセラミツクス製バルブ
において、前記ステム及びコツタの接触面のうち
少なくとも一方にはステム及びコツタを構成する
材料よりも低ヤング率の緩衝層を形成したことを
特徴とするセラミツクス製バルブ。 (2) 前記緩衝層はＮｉメツキによつて形成され
ることを特徴とする請求項(1)に記載のセラミツ
クス製バルブ。
